Bobby Zapp is an entrepreneur, businessman, author, speaker, investor, coach and educator. For over thirty years, Bobby has been acquiring, liquidating and investing in single/multifamily properties.

After graduating college in 1989, Bobby launched a telecommunications company called A. McChild Business Systems, with the sole purpose of using the proceeds to invest in real estate.

As a young boy, Bobby observed his grandfather buy, sell, and invest in real estate primarily in single and multifamily properties as a method of building wealth. It was his grandfather’s early lessons and financial wisdom that inspired him to get into the creative real estate game in order to acquire single/multifamily properties.

Today after more than three decades in the real estate game, Bobby Zapp has generated  millions of dollars in passive income through acquiring and renting real estate.

His mission now is to empower and educate those who are ready to invest in themselves and take bold action.
