Bobby Zapp is an entrepreneur, businessman, author, speaker, investor, coach, and educator. For over thirty years, Bobby has been acquiring, liquidating, and investing in single/multifamily properties.

After graduating from college in 1989, Bobby launched a telecommunications company called A. McChild Business Systems, with the sole purpose of using the proceeds to invest in real estate.

As a young boy, Bobby observed his grandfather buy, sell, and invest in real estate, primarily in single and multifamily properties, as a method of building wealth. It was his grandfather’s early lessons and financial wisdom that inspired him to get into the creative real estate game in order to acquire single/multifamily properties.

Today, after more than three decades in the real estate game, Bobby Zapp has generated millions of dollars in passive income through acquiring and renting real estate.
